Oh my!
Well that escalated quickly. Thanks Marmm for saving us from the bad writing.
“I won’t know until I get there. You of all people should know that.” Called out, yes, I know very well now!
The pattern of these stories is I am often just there.
Well, a fun Vixyy drama, filled with that prime time humor of hers. Made me smile.

I feel like I've just been educated on a whole genre of television all at once.
The whole story was a delight, but some things I particularly enjoyed:
- The detail of the EMT team being glitched. Very clever use of the simulation.
- "If he even breathes on you, and you won’t be able to see straight."
- Losing our one and only chance to discover what he looks like under the hood :< (aside from some... particular detals)

Quite seriously, back then the movie producers, writers, and audience expected PLOT and good acting. When you went to the movies, you went expecting to be engulfed in the story, not 'just' the action scenes. Oh... and thank you internet for making all of those memories available or I cold never ever come up with the quotes.
What I have observed of modern things - not a rant - everything has been dumbed down to the Nth degree and produced in the expectation that every one has an attention deficit disorder. It's a pity really.
They had a Twilight Zone marathon on over the fourth, and we recorded them for viewing later - and they are so good. It's amazing what they did in just 30 minutes.
I'm so glad you enjoyed!

Only one mistake in the 1st paragraph. "Homicide" (Remember the meaning of homicide by remembering that cide, from the Latin cida, refers to killing, while the Latin homo means "man.” So homicide means “killing a man.” )
Should be "furicide".
And where is Stacy?

I fear this may be future non-fiction. The whole AI thing has be nervous, and mostly because so many people don't really know what it is or what it can (and cannot) do.
Excellent stroll down Memory Lane, though I didn't watch a lot of detective shows in my youth. I always liked Columbo, but never got to watch it regularly.

*chuckles... Gloria has the TV on in the morning and these shows come in gatherings. For awhile it was the westerns, and I was so surprised at what they could do in a mere 30 minutes - there was an actual plot and GOOD acting. Now they're into murder mysteries, and I am always surprised at how many many episodes there were.
