Woah! Now that's an interesting bad guy design! Well, assumably a bad guy. Red eyes and x's on the chin tend to lead one's opinions in that direction! Almost looks like he has interchangeable extra arms floating along there, just in case they're needed? Switch blade psychic limbs! Seems like she's a rather prized possession, really.
