Arabella seems at first glance like an ordinary rich lady... Until one looks below her waist, of course. When they do, it becomes clear that she's no human, because what they see is a massive spider body. Arabella is an arachne, and although they have a reputation for being dangerous to humans, she's very kind and generous and would never harm anyone unprovoked. Even at times where someone has attacked her, she's much preferred taking them down quickly and non-lethally, always ending with them left to spend time wrapped up in spider silk and thinking about their dumb mistake. She really wishes for nothing more than to continue her family's efforts to change the world's view of her species and spend plenty of time just lounging about or entertaining guests in her enormous manor. But that's gotten much harder with the recent wave of inexplicable monster attacks. Worse still, some of those attacks have been by arachnes, which has only served to damage the work she's done. Wanting to find out more about what's happening, Arabella has prepared herself for a journey north to visit a wise friend in London who might be able to shed some light on things, and she knows she'll need to be ready for a fight before she gets there.
