A healthy and flaky treat fresh from the sea along with an equally fresh salad to pair with it!

Here’s how I made it:
1-heat a hot griddle on high heat (searing)
2-take 2 cans of tuna (drained), 2tbsp relish and 1/4 cup mayo and mix together until all ingredients are combined
3-form tuna into Patties and cook both sides until both sides are golden brown (careful not to burn and try not to break your patties up!), then place Patties between buns and top with choice of cheese and condiments
4-take mixed greens along with sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes and toss with Greek dressing of choice
5-serve and enjoy!
