I must say, she's shaping up quite a bit already!
I wonder what else she'll end up messing with?
As for your question, I do believe it is already possible to create 3D models from photos. If you take enough angles, software can stitch it all together to create a relatively-faithful 3D model. Perhaps AI might be able to infer other angles from just one photo, but that seems unlikely to give good results to me.
