The satchel on his Back contains batflies, grubs and other various sources of food that he's collected, soon to tinker with making a proper meal out of it... Pneuma resides near a storm drain, where he harvests some of his food from, creatures that got killed by the storms and got stuck on the grate... this heavy diet has obviously made him softer, and squishier, but this seems like a plus to him...
