Here we have an anthro version of Chief from Disney´s The Fox and the Hound on my list of tied up dogs. I like his ragged charme.

With the resumption of the dungeon series, another fine addition with another Disney character with Chief being one whom I don't think has had a great deal of art. A fine choice of costume for him as well with the jacket, and with his expressive eyebrows displaying he's not at all happy with his situation.
Though probably would be a case he's been tied and bound as perhaps the only way to dissuade him from leaving a fox alone.
