Alrighty! Some fan art for the anime of Witchblade. I recently watched it and I admit I am a huge fan. No not because of all the insanely well-endowed girls beating the hell out of each other (though that is a major plus, lemme tell yeh), but because there was some actual story telling and emotional parts to the whole story. I feel so bad for Masane (brown haired girl) and Rihoko (the purple/bluish haired girl). Oh, and yeah I know, Rihoko's hair should be more blue, but I fail. D:

Anyway, for anyone who doesn't know, the crazy looking girl in the back with the red hair and yellow eyes is the form that Masane takes when the Witchblade on her arm takes over. Kind of an inner demon sort of thing. :O_o:

This was a mainly done as a practice piece for watercolours. Drawn and inked on Bristol Smooth Vellum, then used Sakura Koi Watercolours to paint, adding some coloured pencils for touch ups. The highlights in the eyes and white dots are done using a Sakura Gelly Roll pen.
