As some of you know I cure and smoke my own bacon. Here is a big pile of bacony goodness I created earlier today.

If you are attending Campfire Tails 2011, you can attend my Makin' Bacon Workshop and learn how to make your own bacon! And then the next morning I will cook up a bunch of pre-prepared bacon for all the campers to enjoy (first come first served). :)
