Ever since Harvey became a behemoth of muscle thanks to his new employer, he's been trying to become more self-assertive, but trying to overcome his shyness when everyone is ogling at his giant self has made it quite difficult. But thank goodness he's still a genius. After many trials and errors, he seems to have finally perfected compression clothing that can shrinking him to a regular size for as long as he's wearing them. Everything seems to be going pretty well... a little too well.
