General context:
Thought of a visual novel/rpg thing. You're called in to investigate a spooky mansion with a vampire butler and a whole bunch of kooky characters.
Thinkin like, him and others that lived there are cursed and need your help with breaking it as an exorcist. Build a nice party with them.
All of the cast will eventually pass on by the end of the story for bittersweet moments, but it's mostly played out to be mostly lighthearted with dark undertones.

Poe's the obligatory annoying mascot character. Like, what do you want? Poe was a real life raven but got even more corrupted by the curse and he intends to use this newfound power to murder. But not you, he likes you and the others..... kinda. Here's some copy pasted random ideas for him:

There's so many things I picture him doing in combat
Like volley ball spiking potions into the enemy party
just punching them with potion in massive hand
a twirl in place slap and Chun-Li kicks too
also see him doing like an anti-air throw, send them back down
SO much lol
a double hand smash in front and like pole-vault from it
Basically I cant go a single cast of characters without someone who can PUNCH
