That makes sense. I'd imagine it would be very soft and fluffy especially with the tail around you.

I can just imagine being hugged from a Renamon from behind or in front, arms wrapped around the upper and lower back/stomach, the tail wrapped around the legs, and the face/head laying on the chest floof if they were a head taller, I'd be in absolute heaven.
