Glory to Argon. Glory to the Empire. Glory to Tartary....
"View from the roof of the government building on the streets of the closed city at number 4. The industrial center of the state of Tartary, оccupying the territories of the former Soviet Union, continental Europe, Turkey and Asia, stretching from the Mediterranean Sea to the Pacific Ocean. An ally of the state OST occupying the territories of North and South America, Africa, as well as Australia.
The city is located in a safe and restored green zone and is separated from the red and yellow zones by a huge wall towering over the buildings. Both countries are under control of the occupying puppet governments subordinate to the Great Argon Empire. The current permanent rulers of Tartary and OST, hope to knock out membership in the great defensive alliance, for the planet earth and finally throw off the slave cabal by becoming a full-fledged dominion of the empire.
But the ubiquitous rebels, especially in the yellow zones, are trying to overthrow the government and drive away the alien invaders, which is why both puppet governments are experiencing great problems with order and subordination."

In accordance with the depressive and hopeless tone of the story on behalf of a person working in a collaborative government suffering from depression, the style and color of all the paintings are gray, cold and fuzzy, focusing on the present, and not on the forbidden past or the unknown blurred future
