This heart-string yanking song that just drips with 80sness is part of a very obscure and rare Christmas cartoon special that my friend found and showed to me. It's such a sweet little cartoon and it made me cry at several points because I was somewhat depressed tonight and I identify with Bert a lot in life.
I decided I really wanted to sing the song he sang near the beginning of it with all my heart. It's not perfect and I won't be winning American Idol any time soon, but I still really impressed myself with how much I projected, quavered, and stayed on key. I wanted to share with my friends. =)
I also think I've come a long way since "Sweaty & Hot." ¬_¬ XD
