Livia de Chaleur, The Witch of the Forest

Summary: Notoriously difficult to track down, and harder still to earn the favor of, Lady Livia is a mysterious Delphox known for her incredibly potent psychic abilities that seem more akin to witchcraft and hexes than normal Pokemon techniques.

Physicality: Livia is of average build for her species, moderately tall and of slender physique. She carries herself with a very feminine gait, and is regarded as quite attractive. Notably, her tongue and pads and a conspicuous blue color, betraying a possibly mixed ancestry.

Little is known of Livia's heritage or background, as she is impartial to sharing it with those whom she does not share a close bond. Her incredibly reserved and guarded nature has earned her the reputation of a mysterious, and even dangerous recluse.

Some have gone as far as to spread rumors about the Lady, and her manor deep within the Jade Forest. Tales of her being a monster in the guise of a lady Pokemon in order to trap and eat wandering males, or that she is an evil spirit that will capture and sacrifice those who are lost in her forest have made would-be thrill seekers much more hesitant to venture anywhere near where she is said to reside.

In truth, Livia is little more than a well-read noblewoman who values her privacy, but does not mind entertaining a guest over a pot of tea so long as they're willing to bring interesting conversation with them. She values historical tomes of various psychic type masters of old, and makes it her mission to archive such texts and ensure their legacy is preserved for future generations to learn from, just as she has to grow so powerful.
