I wanted to do some art of the novel I'm working on so I doodled two of the main characters.
Ideally, they are supposed to be pretty identical save for a few minor differences, but the differences in expressions made it hard to make it look that way. So in the end I just didn't stress about it too much and just made it some concept art and ignore the inconsistencies since it's nothing official.


Also, the yellow symbol is a design I was trying out. Since the story has a lot of original mythology, I wanted to try drawing the sun (the foxes deity) as it might look if foxes could portray it in art.

I plan on giving more info on these characters whenever I finalize their design in reference sheets.
