You all know Dipper and Stargazer, but you don't know Birch, the third member of The Beach Bears.

Several years previously, he was part of a group called Grizzly, Stoat and Birch. The fourth in the group, Young, later asked that his name be added to the group. Tensions ran high as egos butted against each other, Birch being the one who frankly didn't really think it was all about him.

This lead to some serious differences, and after this recording, Grizzly and Stoat in an interview said things about Birch's singing that were less than complimentary. Birch left the group several months after that, and Grizzly came out that he was gay, leading to some unsubstantiated rumors that he had made unsolicited advances on Birch.

That was a few years ago, but here is a recording from that time.
