Okay everything I know clockwise, without looking at the tags:
An off brand controller in the style of the PS1.
A fairy in a jar from Ocarina of Time.
A gold flower that Asriel is turned into in Undertale.

Joker's mask from Persona 5.
The Fool Tarot from Sayonara Wild Hearts.
The Ocarina of Time.
A coin with the Super Smash Bros emblem.
One of Zagreus' skulls from Hades.
Sora's necklace from Kingdom Hearts.
I unfortunately don't know what those gems, the pendant in the middle, or that thing next to the ocarina are. That coin on top looks so familiar though. This looks amazing, by the way. The way you painted the light coming through the gems is beautiful.
