Below are design and scheme notes written from my style's POV and how I/the style would best show this character. Yours may show her differently.
Design notes
Rounded and soft shapes and lines. Try to avoid too many sharp lines and shapes.
The markings have a bubbly/"cloud" shape.
Eyes are soft and reflective
Long Eyelashes. In my toony style I only draw 1 eye lash for each eye. Please keep the number of eyelashes to a minimum if possible.


Color Scheme Notes
Inner mouth's coloration is the pink color on the paw beans and nose
Color pick from eye close up for the eyes, feel free to use other colors and ways to show the reflectiveness.
