angel27 and  Artofjoshlyman were doing this special Valentine's Day deal where you could get 1 character by both artists, or 2 characters by 1 artist. I chose the latter (twice), and gave them some options to choose from. angel27 chose this option, 'cause he's a big Godzilla fan.

Here we have Aram and Godzilla on a Valentine's Day date, having a little spat after she made some comment about his weight. ;) Ok, I made up the V-day date thing. He's totally not her type. >_>

I am so in love with angel27's contrast abilities, I have started calling him MC Angel (Master of Contrast!). Watching this thing develop in live stream was like watching someone paint, like with acrylics or oils or something (Tyrnn Eaveranth made this observation, and I concur!). It just sort of evolved over time. Pretty sweet. You should see what he did to make those windows on those buildings. They were a late add, btw. Sketches don't normally involve backgrounds. But I tipped him some, and he drew them. Then he went hog-wild on them! Look at that fire! That smoke! All those windows! It was quite a pleasure watching him work on watchtail. Oh, and here I am gushing about the background, when the characters themselves are totally wicked! Look at Aram's hair! And G's texture! Yep, amazing what you can do with just one color. Dang. I tipped him again 'cause of how much effort he put into it, and 'cause it was a pretty educational watchtail show.
