Yes, I've had her for almost eight years now. When I was growing up, a blue and gold was always my 'ultimate' bird, and when I finally got her I can't tell you how ecstatic I was. :) She's a real sweetie.

Thats just amazing :D
I wish we had birds as exotic as yours at college (i'm studying animal care)
Our aivery is somewhat lacking in the more interesting birds :D

But i suppose if we got a crow it would try to eat the finchs and things XD

Oh yes. I love cockatiels and really miss having them, but I think my bigger birds would hunt them incessantly. :<

Ooooh Cockatiels XD We have A LOT of those in our aivery. They divebomb/bird strike ya constantly, they are EVIL XD LOL

Mind you thats sort of expected :p I wouldn't like being harassed by class after class 3 days a week :p

I love them and hate them at the same time! :P We have cockatiels, finchs, canaries, budgies and um...i think thats all we have in the aivery.

But yet, LOTS of attitude :p

You're not just whistling Dixie on that one, LOL. My tiel Elton is one of the sassiest, most full of spunk birds I've ever seen. He can be a handful sometimes but I'd never trade him for anything else. <3 the cockatiels! :D

As a note, while I'm typing this, he's busy peeping "hello" to me, trying to get my attention, LOL!

Wow she is beautiful, i have an african grey parrot, and they are so sweet, i love parrots! but like me, mine tends to swear a lot lol, Ara is a lovely name

BLUE! ^.^ I work at a pet shop and we have a blue macaw just like that. A person that works there actually bought him and is in the process of paying him off. He's so sweet and loves to talk to me when I'm cleaning his cage. Luff da birds.
