Sylbur is a Russian Blue cat who always wear a purple hoodie and diaper, he sometimes wears tighty-whities.
He is born permanently incontinent from the moment he was born, hit in the head and fell a lot of times while growing up and he is 24 years old.
His parents are dead, has no family or guardians to help but he has magic from his dead great-grandma which he uses to make his life easier.
He struggles making relationships due to his intense incontinence and watches kid's shows for a living.
Sylbur lives alone was born in Germany and can speak English, German and meow, he enjoys making friends and relies on them.
He enjoys acting cute but hates potty training at all costs, he can be prone to extremely loud temper tantrums when he doesn't get his way.
Sylbur Katzé is his full name but nicknames are allowed too and he can transform into three forms, a dog, a lizard and a dragon form.
