Here's the first member of my second Poke-Combat Academy team, a team of sophomores with a bit friendlier attitude than the villainous Team Jet. Team Krimson was formed from a group of misfits who were assigned to the same team by the administration after none of the individual members managed to hook up with one on their own.

Dominic Ardillo del Relampago is the youngest of five siblings and has spent his entire life being the "cute and adorable" one, a label typically plastered onto his species to begin with. And it's a label he's recently been trying to shake.

Dominic is the kind of guy who's friends with everyone. Charismatic and outgoing, he gets along with people from all walks of life and all sorts of cliques. Unfortunately he doesn't really belong to any of them either, so while he's friends with most everyone, he isn't really GOOD friends with any of them.

Over the past summer Dominic decided it was time to ditch the friendly and harmless image. He grew his hair out, developed more of an attitude, started hanging around with some of "the wrong crowd", and joined a heavy metal style band with some other students. After all, girls dig guys in bands, right? Right?

Unfortunately his attempts to change the packaging doesn't do much to change what's on the inside. He doesn't really have it in him to be the "bad boy" that he wants to be, and often his attempts to do so just look... cute. Some guys just can't win.

In a battle Dominic acts as ranged support for his team. His electrical attacks pack quite a punch and being the youngest member of his family he's developed quite the scrapper's spirit. He just won't quit fighting until he quits moving. Technically he's the team leader, but only as much as it's his name that appears on the registration form.
