It looks like Momo is offering you a home-made bread before setting out to clear a dungeon. Always eat when your hunger is low, otherwise your health will decrease constantly in ever step you make.
So I was playing Labyrinth of the Witch on android tablet, and came across a cute creature, as when you talk to her, not only she offers you a bread, but she also offers you advices of what to expect in the dungeon floors. She's so cute, I had to draw her!
So my art has improved more, but needs more work on the shading, but nonetheless, this looks great!
