Backstory Time!
Tama was born human, believe it or not! She was born in a human fishing village in the small country of Opresh on the planet Alarith. She was kidnapped at 15 and was brought into a testing facility for lycanthropy experimentation. She became a lycan and was so unable to be controlled, she was forced to undergo a species change from human to kitsune in an attempt to further experiment on her. The species change was a success and Tama was a captive for most of her childhood, her first seventy five years as a lycan were spent in a lab.
After regaining her freedom, she became a bookworm, avoiding most people and others unless she was in need. For the next couple of decades, she became a master of her trade, using her lycanthropy as little as possible though using her skills as a kitsune as much as she could. She learned how to sneak, how to cook, how to heal, how to backflip, and how to avoid detection, just to name a few, and only continued to grow.
At the young age of 125, she received a letter from the queen of the capitol city of the continent, Kaitas, from atop her tower in Castle Craylyn. The letter was a summons to come and aid the castle with an urgent mission, and Tama, not one to not show to a good party, was very interested as to what the queen might have to offer. There had not been much talk of destroying the threat that remained, the one that captured and tortured her, and maybe she might get some answers from the people on the top in person.
Tama’s story goes further and is currently being worked on for a webcomic series!
