It gives me the weirdest deja vu, I feel like I've seen this art before

Today is the first time I'm browsing any art since a month, so... no. Also I FEEL like I've seen this before, I wouldn't exactly put anything on the line there, it's not like I am sure, it literally just gave me a deja vu.

Tried to edit, can't, anyway: Maybe it reminds me some of the old comic's panels so much it actually struck some deep memory; the art style, color palette, pose and the Lizard's old design are just.. idk, you say Lizard from the Spider-man, this is exactly what I see. Maybe I've seen it before, maybe I've seen something similar, maybe it's so good it triggered a memory of me from an alternative universe where I have actually seen this, I don't know, regardless it's great!

And I agree, this version of the Lizard is certainly about my fave. Though, they did alright with the more humanoid version like what was featured in The Amazing Spider-man movie, I definitely like the more lizard-like version like this one. I even have an action figure of this version of him. Though, I also have a figurine of the Amazing Spider-man version of him too! There was an alternate, more lizard/dino-like that almost got used for No Way Home, but they went with the Amazing Spider-man version instead. Oh well.

Well, I mean, it's a pretty normal comic-booky action pose. Just doing a casual image-search does bring up some similar types of poses for Lizard.

This is definitely awesome! I've always like the character. Though, many of the comics and shows don't do him all that much justice. In the end, he's just another villain that will be defeated by the hero. Though, he has had some cool story arcs from time to time. :)
