Nice job with this one Angelic. Good job working and designing him in this pose and angle. You did really well drawing out how the body would look peering down his body from this angle, seeing all the proper curves,bumps and shapes and appearing in their proper places too. Also you did a nice job giving a nice subtle effect that his belly is curved even from this angle when looking at what would be the upper area of it. The arms have a really nice thickness to them that makes them feel soft, but also strong too to help support his body in this position :)
I really like how you have his fur poking through between the buttons of his shirt. Adds a nice touch of realism, but makes him seem that much bigger as well in his growth. Also nice touch with having his right paw's fingers curled softly while the other paw's fingers are loose and relaxed. It feels real like that since most people do have their fingers acting that way. The tail looks amazing as well. The thickness and density of it is really impressive and the colors feel really bold and strong too. Fantastic work with the facial designs and coloring. They look so smooth and they match perfectly to the shape of his cheeks and face structure :)
One thing to mention with the background (even though you have said you know about it in your description ;P) is to watch how low the sky goes down in the background. The area directly to the left of you guys seems too low; creating a sort of cliff-like effect.
