Zenji’s immediate reaction to having turned into Maeve was one of intense excitement and joy, to the point that she was more than willing to dive head long into her new self without a second thought.
A meeting with Ragtime shed some light on things for her. Due to the Toon Core that was in the plush embedding into her, she was now a Toonholder.
The full ramifications of being a toonholder didn’t fully process in her mind yet, but she would eventually discover that she could turn the entire aquarium sea park into her own ‘domain’, allowing her to influence a variety of the things around her. One such example of this would be the ability for her to communicate with the various creatures that made the sea park their home, as well as bestow onto them a greater sense of awareness. This would, as a result, lead to all sorts of potential shenanigans that many of the creatures were capable of getting into.

And like any pet, the aquarium had to create a cast of friends with whom Maeve can play in advertisements as well as to sell more stuffed animals. And if we add it all up, this new Maeve will begin to bring the other characters to life based on her friends and family.

I have two questions for you!
First, can anyone pull or add onto this universe you created in regards to the toon cores and toon holders (Like make their own OC that just happens to live in said universe)?
Second, would a adult who has become a toon holder be more of a adult sized toon, or could they end up kid size depending on the toonifact they encounter?

I'm perfectly okay with someone having an idea of their own and taking a shot at creating a toon'd character of their own if they want~
And the end result of what they become is largely based upon the toonifact they encounter, but yeah. An adult could easily end up kid-sized.
