Velma Webbs is a character in Board Way Riders. She attends Zooland High School and is mainly seen under the stairs in the building. Velma was born in Malibu, and spent 10 years there with her parents. However, when her parents got arrested and sent to jail, then later prison, Velma was forced to move to Lost Angels with her grandmother. Velma is an open goth that shows to have somewhat of a cynical and bitter attitude. She is rarely seen smiling, and usually has an un-amused expression on her face. However, it has been show that see only does this out of being shy and antisocial.
