I had been wanting to design a magical-girl style outfit for Honeybun, but wanted to avoid the typical "school girl" design because.. well, I'm 30, so I stuck to a generally fun/sexy design instead. Had to give her cool coattails because I've owned several trench coats over the years and can't get enough! Just had to incorporate it somewhere.
And added some fringe because I'm in the US/Midwest and it felt fitting.
