One question: can the Caustic variety ever have the under-arm fins? Or no?

No, acrids have under arms-torso fins and caustic have a tail base to hind leg fins.
But you can add face ridge to acrid to make their face similar to a caustic one :D

Allright! I'll keep that in mind. I was mostly lookin at the colors of them, since i prefer cooler colors. But i can easily work with that!

there's only blood color that's usually cooler (it's just a silly pH rest reference, not mandatory)

skin and patterns can be whatever color, not depending on the blood
