Somewhere last year did a special project on his Twitter account which I signed up for. The project involves playing cards and each member that signed up gets a card selected by Alioth. When he did my card, Alioth drew out the King of Diamonds, and that's how I became the king.

Fast forward to the beginning of this month, announced that he's going to make a second edition of his Babyfur Poker Deck and is preparing for open spots for the new deck. As this was going on, I thought to myself 'if I was the King of Diamonds on one project, why not a second time?' So I contacted my good friend and told him about my plan and he helped me secure the King of Diamonds spot. The card was completed this past Monday and it looks great.

The King Of Diamonds is the head ruler of The Diamond Kingdom, one of the kingdoms from the Land Of Solitaire, and is made up of four kingdoms: Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds, and Spades. Marshall's royal father, the former king, was brutally killed in a merciless war caused by the evil wizard Valbunny, who wanted to take control of the Diamond Kingdom. But Valbunny was defeated by the town witch known as Madame Curl, an ally to the former king. As the dying king made his last request, he declared that his son, Prince Marshall, to take his place as the new king.

With his royal subjects Weaselwick and Weaselknack by the king's side, they made sure that King Marshall is waited on hand and foot and to do their best to serve the young king such as serving his royal meals, entertaining the king with songs and stories, and making sure that the king's diapers are clean and fresh. In return, King Marshall rewards the Weasel twins with gold coins, fine food, decent playing and sleeping quarters, and all the diapers they can wear.

The Diamond Kingdom consists of various towns, valleys, and countrysides. As the king, Marshall promises to make sure that all villagers get their fair share of gold and keeps the taxes fair and affordable. And if the kingdom should fall into the hands of evil and a war is caused, King Marshall is not afraid to go into battle for he possesses the most powerful weapon of the four kingdoms of Solitaire; a electrically charged battleaxe known as "The Diamond Cutter" which can shoot powerful lighting bolts to fry an entire army! (And why an ax? Well if you know your playing card knowledge, not only The King of Diamonds is known as the one eyed king, but he's also known as the king with the ax for a weapon.)

King Marshall gets along with the other kings of the other three kingdoms, and with the exception of the King Of Spades (which I will not yet discuss since Kelvin hasn't designed the King of Spades card yet), the Kings of Diamonds, Hearts, and Clubs have agreed on peace and harmony for all kingdoms and passes all the laws as well. One of the most successful laws that has been passed by all the kings (including The King of Spades) is that all citizens and villagers must wear diapers at all times, 24/7, and insufficient fixtures such as toilets, potty chairs, chamber pots and privies (a.k.a. outhouses) are banished from all four kingdoms. And if anyone gets caught breaking the diaper law, they'll be arrested, thrown into the dungeon, and be served as the king's royal diaper changer until they finally agree to the diaper law and wear diapers 24/7.
