Judy and Nick investigated a secret operation where illegal activity occurs. Unfortunately for them, the only busting happened tonight is them getting caught. Now both tied to a chair together with rope, they are interrogated but most of the tools are useless due to their size. Resulted on using an alternative tactic with small rollers to tickle their feet. It was proven effective as their laughs and howls echo's inside. Although they submitted from an embarrassing situation, they still try to not reveal anything about the case. It's unsure on how long they could last from the never-ending cycle of tickling and crying laughter.

Kinda fits one of the deleted scenes from Zootopia: Nick and Judy are captured and bound suspended in chains locked in a storage closet (possibly the gangsters or Bellwether looking to interrogate, frame, or kill them later) Nick uses a smuggled screwdriver with his toes and mouth to free himself and ditch Judy only to realize he only unlocked the chain binding him and her together so they end up hanging upside down by their ankles still tied up. They later escape via the air ducts and witness a 'Taming Party.'

Sorry, not that tech-savy. You can find it on YouTube if you want: Zootopia Deleted Scene Taming Party (it's sketches, nothing animated ... someone did do a cgi version of that Deleted scene but they ommited the tie up part) ... that's the best I can offer ... or unless you have the Bluray Bonus Features.
