from last year art fight

I took influence from the Peryton as far as mythological creatures

I envision it as a ice type that evolves as a ice ghost type.
(but it hard to make a Pokemon with wings not look like a flying type. It probably gets some flying type moves)

I figured the fist evolution cant fly with its tinny wings and could have has a sad pokemon entry of wanting to reach its family crying out. similar to cubon.

Until it evolves and the Pokemon gains it courage to fly adding spiritual energy to there wings to make them large enough to soar though the skys.
Possibly being seen as a savor by local villagers as it helps people and Pokemon who cant move during natural disasters so no one has to fell helpless.
though team rocket and other gangs probably have a different view on this Pokemon creating rumors that it causes avalanches and disasters around it.


it also gave me a chance to experiment with styles as my usual style is to detailed for pokemon. I tried to simplify though it may still be to detailed still. (defiantly not gen one design but the newer gens have some more detailed designs so I think it still fits)
