Hey all, pride month is almost over but pride itself should carry on forever! I wanted to post more of my character's art to show support and to allow them this triumphant expression.
This one's of Erika, she really enjoyed the blooming soul aspect of it. She feels like flying is an expression of the self and symbolic of ability wrapped in freedom. It actually took Erika a while to settle on understanding her bisexuality. But now that she has she makes a diligent effort to strut her stuff in personal pride for having achieved a fuller understanding of herself and to support all going through similar steps.
For all of you struggling, you are loved, and you are doing good, even if it's just a step day, one day you will look back and see you've walked Miles. And you should be proud of yourself for that. Even if you've only gone a foot, it is important and impressive that you had the strength to lift your foot at all. And this too is something to be proud of. Good on all us, good on all of you! Happy Pride!
For those of you not struggling, it fills my heart with joy to see you at your fullest having made the journey to achieve what you have. It is certainly something worth being proud of.
