I was a goth kid in middle school (which was a LONG time ago, btw~). I never really went to this extent, but there was a side of me that always wanted to. I thought that version of me disappeared when I got to high school (which was ALSO a LONG time ago. I'm getting old, fuck~), but if the years have told me anything, it's this; that side never died. Just found a comfy space in my mind to live. It's always there, and it reminds me that it is, every so often. It's kinda nice, to be honest X3
