so did i ever mention how much i love Pokemon Insurgence? i love the idea of delta pokemon,,,so i had to make an OC out of one, this is Merry! while he looks cute, his personality is the exact opposite, being a massive bully and a smartass, and, even though he's short at 4'0", it doesn't mean his attacks don't hurt being a mythical/legendary, with his moveset consisting of Dazzling Gleam, Thunderbolt, Lunar Cannon and Sucker Punch, he also has quite a mouth since he never really shuts up
