You know how the Putty Patrollers & Zedd's Putties of 'Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers' make such Bubbly noises, just imagine if the Putties were Female, and those noises they make were just Girl Talk. And for that, I would know some other Species that can make such Noises/Talk, Female Fish Women & Female Aliens!
