He's going to be in the Children Storyline. He's the robotic assistant of the captain that serves on the ship that Cibbie rides on.
The helmet is linked to the ship they serve on, and has a HuD. He can see all of the ship's status displays, and he can give exact and informed orders to the helmsmen using said information. Unlike most P.R.A.s he's not really friendly, but he does tolerate people more than his owner does.
