Garlic burger bombs with ritz chips and “tokyo sauce”
I took some leftover burgers I had in the fridge and refreshed them with a Mexican twist and gave it a tangy sauce to go with it!
Here’s how i did it:
1-took leftover burgers and placed in centre of a tortilla with cheese, then top with sliced onions and garlic and more cheese
2-wrap with a second tortilla and grill on both sides until both sides are crunchy-crispy brown and cheese inside is melted (be careful not to burn!)
3-enjoy!
How I made the “Tokyo sauce”:
1-took 2tbsp mayo, 1tbsp teriyaki sauce, 1tbsp sriracha sauce, 1tsp minced garlic, 1tsp minced ginger, 1tsp garlic powder/salt, 1tsp chili flakes, 1tsp soy sauce, 1tsp ginger powder, and 1tsp chili powder and mixed together until all ingredients have been combined
2-enjoy with fries or your favourite crackers/finger foods!
