The Brand of the Spellweaver is a magical rapier notable for a design quirk: It's designed without a hilt, instead expecting the wielder to slot in a wand. While slotted, the wand can be used normally, but it also influences the appearance of the blade. There may be yet-undiscovered effects, as well.
