And the last one complete that i made there- could be more of not that so time consuming oil painting.
On the last session we were given a simple task- almost all of us has to draw or paint a human face. Almost, because i was the only one who had to do it with a fox. Drawing a single fox head wasn't so interesting to me, so i stared drawing multiple random fox faces that came into my mind. Initially by pencil, but later i needed to make it more durable with markers. Unfortunately the only markers that worked were all 0,4mm, so quite thick. I had to draw every single line with this thickness, so i guess they don't really look as good as they could be.
But there are still few faces that i still like. And what are your favourites?
If despite all of this you like all of those pictures, there is a chance that you might see them in real life if you happen to visit Elbląg Culture Centre (Światowid) during this summer, as all of our works will be exhibited there for few months. It hasn't started yet, but i guess it should be available from the beginning of July. Little children having their own sessions in the same room as we had were already stunned by each new foxes appearing here.
It was definetely a fun time there. New interesting things to learn and see and i guess it was for other attendees, too. I guess it was their very first time seeing any more serious artworks featuring animal-like people doing very human things in our human enviroment, which is usually treated as children media setting at best. Something totally different than flowers and human portraits over and over again.
