A little fun design idea that got in my head, a transmasc gnoll, Back-Crusher, name earned in his past for well...picking up an annoying bandit and crushing their spine in quite a few spots....
As for how they ended up with a bump? Whom knows, perhaps it was a bit of a weird and wild night in one of the brothels along the road, though looking at the somewhat sudden change...perhaps something else occured? Perhaps they ran into some rather weird cultists or chunks of little god or daemon things...whom knows...
