Guess the gator really wanted her to have a close look at his belly ache, and by the evidence of struggle in the background, she obviously didnt want to do it. ;3

Awesome art, I love the bulges inside him, not showing too much but the outline of the prey, and the sighns of struggle in the background easily show she was unwilling meaning you dont even have to draw the first half, we can already imagine what happened here. <3
