The recent missing titanic submarine made me wants to draw something relate to underwater. The only idea that came to my mind was mermaid. I shade the characters like they are out of the water was to use this artwork as future color reference. And their design may changed in the future. Enjoy :)

As a newly married man, a wedding ceremony is a must for every vulpine and mermaid. Be it a small ceremony held by family members and relatives either at the couple's house or their parents. Or doing it big with thousands of dollars in budget, luxurious catering, and a dedicated venue for it. Either way, the reason is the same. To let people know that you are married.

Unfortunately, Ruba is a broke mermaid, fox, or half fox/mermaid. He tried to take a loan for the ceremony, but the Imperial Bank rejected it due to his large amount of debt. They sent him the rejection letter while he was at a small, developing mermaid village that was supposed to be his underwater home with the mermaid he met at the oasis before.

At the current situation. He has to live with what he has. As a poor 35 year old fox/mermaid.
