This is a model that I picked up years ago made for the game Confrontation: Dogs of war. I painted this piece using the None Metal Metal technique. The rocky ground on the base is cork with basing sand on it.

Love the blues on this, very nice! I have a huge box of Devourers and Wolfen I am stashing for a rainy day - my first real exposure to miniatures was getting the 2003 Confrontation catalog from my hobby shop at the time, and I've been obsessed with owning as many of their models as I can get my paws on since.
You sir are a lucky one. Those ones are the hardest to find now a days. I was lucky enough to have just got the ones I have. Still, I look forward to seeing what you can do with yours. Also there is a mini game you can play with what factions you have. You should try it one time. ^v^
I have the rulebook for both the last metal edition and the plastic reboot :3 Haven't had the time to try it out, sadly, but someday! I also have a smattering of Orcs, Lions of Alahan, and some Kelts/Drunes. I already painted up the Predators of Blood box set (from the old metal 2 player starter) and Varghar, but they're oooold paintjobs so I haven't bothered to photograph them
