I've decided to make another Draconian Lord image...and much how Arturian was..I decided not go full on dragon as per facial and bodily features..but I still consider him such considering he is a part of my "Draconian Lords" series. Anyway, I just started on the sketch..making something a little similar to Arturian by armor design..then it began to progress into what you see now. Admittedly, he is rather different..and when it came time to color...I didn't wannt to give him the traditional leonine shades...and opted for something relating to the title I gave him and opted for cold colors instead. Now, I wanted to also give him other abilities...and simulate fire in a sense but it being his own version of it..which I admit the coloring turned out rather nice.
