Ceceli, or Cici for short, is a Frost/Cerebra-Aqua Mentali. She's a bit of a girly-girl, as well as a Final Fantasy 14 nerd. Cerebra Mentali have a permanent deficiency in one of their elements, and Cici's is Aqua - to compensate, she spends a lot of time practicing, trying to become proficient in many other forms of magic.
