It makes sense that she wouldn't feel full herself. She may be able to feel his surface-level sensory input, but something as vital to life functions as hunger wouldn't translate. Imagine if you were linked to someone and you mistook their satiety for your own. You would risk starvation without hunger to remind you to eat.
Regardless that seeing these two interacting with each other is pretty adorable and funny in itself, I must say that I like how cute Lemony looks on this page in general as well, especially for the expression that she has in the panels 4 and 6 ( left to right, top to bottom); amazing page and amazing work. :3
