This year's library window art for the summer reading program. The theme is "All Together Now" which suggested the Beatles, so an act of a team doing something together with the Beatles' sub ended up in the local pumas/lions (city mascot) rowing together atop the sub. Yeah, weird, but people seem to like it, lol.
